This year's The Club Car 2015 PCR Convention will feature a program for the Non-Rail attendees. All Non-Rail convention attendees are cordially invited to visit the Hospitality/Non-Rail Room and enjoy the fun, fellowship, and activities.
All on-site Non-Rail clinics and activities (except for contest entries and judging) will be in the Hospitality/Non-Rail room.
Activities
The Non-Rail plans are coming together nicely. Chair Mary Moore-Campagna looks forward to seeing all the friends she's made over the years and making new ones. Non-Rail attendees will have their own space for quilting, crocheting, puzzles, talking, classes and visiting.
Non-Rail attendees will have a variety of activities to choose from. The Hospitality/Non-Rail Room will be the place to gather in for arts & crafts, games, and general socializing.
Besides the following activities there will be flyers and names and addresses of other things in the area to do. Come by and pick them up and enjoy the area.
Local Restaurants
Here's a list of local restaurants withing walking distance of the hotel, within 5 miles, and at the Auto Mall Parkway exit from I-880.
Wednesday
The Hospitality/Non-Rail room is located in Courtside II next to the Health Club. We will be open from 3:00 till 9:30 pm.
We will be showing a railroad themed movie in Ballroom III starting at 7 pm.
Thursday
The Hospitality/Non-Rail room is open 9:00 am until 9:30 pm.
There will be a no-host Non-Rail Lunch starting at 12:30 (to allow time for those on the tour to Lawrence Livermore Lab to return from the tour).
Anyone wishing to enter the Arts and Crafts contest is welcome to work on their entries any time the room is open. Please feel free to come and socialize with other crafters (and future crafters) as you work on your favorite projects.
Friday
The Hospitality/Non-Rail room is open 9:00 am until 9:30 pm.
The “Blind Sea Salt Confectionery Tasting” will be held at 3:00 p.m. All who wish to participate should sign up in the Hospitality Room by 12:00 noon, so we can make sure to have sufficient supplies.
The traditional PCR BINGO game will be held from 7:30 until 10:00 pm. All convention attendees and guests are welcome to participate.
Saturday
The Hospitality/Non-Rail room is open 9:00 am until 4:00 pm. The traditional Fabric Shop Hop for the day (we will be back in plenty of time for the banquet).
Hospitality/Non-Rail Room
We hope to have coffee and cookies available in the Hospitality/Non-Rail Room. All convention participants are welcome to stop by and enjoy some refreshments with the Non-Rail committee's compliments. The Hospitality/Non-Rail Room will be open during the following hours: (Subject to change)

Contest
The Arts and Crafts Contest is open to all convention registrants. Entries can be turned in during the scheduled contest room hours (see schedule for exact times). The results will be announced at the Awards Banquet Saturday evening.

Contest entry forms will be available in the Hospitality/Non-Rail Room and the Contest Room.
