Convention Canceled! |

Wednesday, March 18, 2020 • Pacific Coast Region has canceled this year's Clear to the Coast 2020 convention due to the COVID-19 pandemic. PCR's next convention will be 2021 in Fresno.
Refunds
Convention registrants will receive refunds in the near future. Due to the volume of transactions, and remembering we are staffed only by volunteers, please allow one month to receive a refund.
Canceling Hotel Reservations
All registrants who booked sleeping rooms at the hotel should cancel those reservations within 30 days — the hotel will not cancel them for you.

Kudos
Over 25 volunteers devoted hundreds of hours over nearly two years to plan this convention, only to have their efforts scrubbed by circumstances beyond our control in a truly extraordinary year for PCR. Layout owners prepared their properties, and clinicians developed new clinics. Outside groups devoted significant time to preparing modular displays and tours for us.
If you know or meet any of the people involved in convention planning, please join us in extending your sincere and heartfelt thanks for a tremendous effort. (See the Committee webpage for their names.) And we know that many of you built contest-quality models that will have to wait for another day in the spotlight. The convention would have been incredible, and we are genuinely sad that it cannot proceed.
PCR Annual Meetings
PCR is exploring options for rescheduling its 2020 spring Board of Directors meeting, and its annual business meeting. These meetings will be held no sooner than June 2020, and maybe later. We are looking at several different times, locations and facilities, with no commitments to anything specific at this time.
