    • Updated "QwikLook" Master Schedule on the Schedule webpage with new information on many convention activities, including Layout Tours, Non-Rails, and Swap Meet.
    • NOTE: The Daily Schedule matrix still needs to be updated with the many changes that we received this week.

  • March 6, 2020
    • Scott Forrest's clinic "Model Ultra-Realistic Surf" is SOLD OUT!
    • Updated the Annual Hobo Breakfast page with updated information on signing up for the Hobo Breakfast. Participants will need to pay $19.00 in advance AND complete a menu selection form for EACH person attending. Walk-ins on Saturday morning are NOT encouraged.
    • Updated Clinics page with date, time and room assignments. Also added several new clinics and descriptions for others. There are 20-some descriptions not yet provided to us, but they are coming soon.

  • March 5, 2020
    • Added Don Marenzi's layout tour on the Layout Tours & Operating Sessions page and Advance Section page for Wednesday, April 29, following the Ardenwood Tour.
    • Updated Layout Tour Schedule Matrix on Schedules page to add Don Marenzi's layout tour.
    • Added notice about signing up for Ops Sessions crew slots on the Layout Tours & Operating Sessions page. Convention registrants will be sent a list of available op sessions several weeks before the convention to request a crew slot reservation. Once again, ProRail, formerly Bayrails, is being held the weekend before the convention and is diverting attention from the convention.
    • FYI: The clinics schedule was received today! The website is being updated with a lot of new and updated information. Hopefully, it will all get published by midnight, Saturday, March 7.

    • Added times for the Swap Meet on the Swap Meet page. Setup time was reduced from 90 to 30 minutes. Teardown time was reduced from 60 to 30 minutes. See Swap Meet Rules and Procedures for complete details.
    • Added Denny's Restaurant, 1313 Willow Pass Road, Concord, as the location for the Annual Hobo Breakfast. New this year is the $1.00 minimum donation in paper currency only. NO COINS.
    • The 30-minute Fitness Walk with PCR President Chris Palermo at 7:00 AM Thursday morning was rescheduled to both Friday and Saturday mornings on the Schedules page.
    • NOTE: The Schedules page is a work currently in progress, with more updates on the way. Times for the Clinics and Layout Tours are not yet available.
    • The cutoff date to get the convention special nightly room rate was changed from April 2nd to April 1st on the Convention Hotel Information page.
