Non-Rail Activities
Non-Rail Chairperson: Marilyn Long
This year's PCR convention will once again feature a program for the Non-Rail attendees. All Non-Rail convention participants are cordially invited to visit the Non-Rail Hospitality Room and enjoy the fun, fellowship, and activities.
All Non-Rail clinics and activities (except for contest entries and judging) will be held in a suite in the Towers. Ask at the Registration Desk when you check in for the actual suite number.
Hospitality Room
Coffee and cookies will be available in the Hospitality Room. All convention participants are welcome to stop by and enjoy some refreshments with the Non-Rail committee's compliments. The Hospitality Room will be open during the following hours:

Contest
The Arts and Craft Division of the PCR Contest is open to all convention registrants. Entries can be turned in during the scheduled contest room hours (see program for exact times) and will be judged Friday evening. The results will be announced at the Awards Banquet Saturday evening.
Contest entry forms will be available in the Non-Rail Hospitality Room and the Contest Room.

Contact Marilyn Long at StrawberryMarilyn@hotmail.com to let her know which activities you will be attending so she can arrange for carpools. Also let her know if you will be attending the brunch Friday morning so the appropriate size room can be reserved. You can also use our convenient Carpool Driver Sign-up Form to let Marilyn know you are available as a carpool driver for any of the Non-Rail tours or outside activities.
WANTED: Charitable Donations
Non-Rail participants are collecting donations for the Committee to Aid Abused Women (CAAW), an organization for families. This is a non-profit organization that is community based focusing on helping battered women and their children. Please bring donations to the Hospitality Room for delivery. Thank you.
Volunteers Needed
Volunteers are needed to help staff the Non-Rail Hospitality Room. If you can spare an hour or two, click here to sign-up.
Drivers with cars are needed for carpooling to Non-Rails tours. Use our convenient online Carpool Driver Sign-up Form to let Marilyn know you are available.
