Why Should I Stay at the Convention Hotel?
Convenience is the obvious answer but it also helps keep the costs of the convention down. The Convention Committee has contracted for a block of rooms in exchange for all the meeting space required for convention activities. If we do not sell enough rooms, then we must pay for the use of the meeting rooms and that cost is passed on to the attendees in higher registration fees. Plus, additional benefits will be offered to those that stay at the host hotel.
Making Reservations
In order to receive the special convention rate, please make your reservation here Hotel Reservations. The special room rate is only available until April 10, 2022.
Room Rates
We were able to negotiate an extremely competitive room rate for the area and it's $10 less than in 2018! Standard King and Standard Double Queen rooms are $159 per night plus $5 per night parking fee (normally $15-18 per night). Please note when making reservations, the parking fee will show $15 but will be corrected to the discounted rate upon check-in.
