Swap Meet

On Friday evening, April 22, 2022, a Swap Meet will be held in the Vineyard Room. Any registered attendee may purchase up to two tables to sell their surplus inventory, no longer wanted inventory or just plain junk. Remember, one man's trash is another man's treasure.

Swap Meet Schedule

Set-up 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM

Sales 6:30PM - 9:00PM

Teardown 9:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Swap Meet Rules and Procedures

Sellers will have 60 minutes for set-up and 60 minutes for teardown.
Tables (30" x 72") are $10.00 each, limit 2 tables per person. A maximum of 2 chairs are included.
Members staying at the host hotel can receive one table free. The table must be purchased in advance. The $10 fee will be refunded at the convention with proof of hotel registration.
Limit of 30 tables available.
Tables can be purchased when registering for the convention.
Tables will be assigned in the order purchased.
A limited number of electrical outlets are available at no extra charge. You must select a table with electricity and bring your own extension cord.
All transactions are the responsibility of the buyer(s) and seller(s). The 2022 Convention Committee accepts no liability and will not be involved in any transactions.
