Registration

Registration for the convention is now easier than ever. And you can add purchases for excursion tickets, convention shirts, convention cars, caps and mugs at the same time! The last day to register online is April 13. After that date you will need to register at the convention.

Registration Types

There are three types of fares for this convention:

FULL FARES - Full Fare ($175) and Youth Fare ($115) include clinics, contests, layout tours, Saturday Awards Banquet and Sunday Business Meeting Breakfast. Non-Rail Full Fare ($150) includes non-rail activities, layout tours, luncheon, Saturday Awards banquet and Sunday Business Meeting breakfast.

EXPRESS FARES ($100, Non-Rail $80) include clinics, contests and layout tours for all three days but DOES NOT include any meals. Express Fare registrants may purchase a ticket separately for the Saturday Awards Banquet and/or the Sunday Business Meeting Breakfast on the Registration site.

DAY FARES ($55) include clinics, contests and layout tours for that day ONLY and DOES NOT include any meals. Day Fare registrants may purchase a ticket separately for the Saturday Awards Banquet and/or the Sunday Business Meeting Breakfast on the Registration site.

At the Convention

When you arrive at the Doubletree Hotel in Rohnert Park, check in at the Registration Desk and pickup your personalized registration package. Your package will include all the information you will need regarding the convention including any extra-fare tickets and coupons redeemable for pre-paid convention merchandise.
