Volunteers

The success of a convention depends on the volunteers. Please consider helping out to make sure everyone has a great experience. You can work as little or as much as you want. Volunteers are needed in the following areas:

Clinic Hosts - monitor clinic room and introduce the clinician
Contest Room - provide security
Contest Judges - assist with judging contest entries (Saturday 9:00am - approx. 3:00pm, lunch included)
Switching Contest - monitor and record contestants
Non-Rails Room - monitor room

Earn AP Association Volunteer Time Units!

Convention volunteers are considered "regional committee members" and accumulate Achievement Program Association Volunteer points at the rate of one (1) time unit per month of active service. Model contest judges earn two (2) time units for one day.
