Vendor Show

Vendors are invited to join us on Thursday, April 21, 2022 from 9:00am - 9:00pm and Friday April 22, 2022, 9:00 am until 4:00 pm. We have 3600 sq ft of exhibit space inside the beautiful Doubletree Hotel in the middle of Sonoma Wine Country.

Why Your Company Should Attend:

Excellent opportunity to connect with 200+ model railroaders from all over California and beyond.
Tables (30" x 72") are just $40 per table for two days and include two chairs maximum.
Customizable space and/or electrical available upon request. You must bring your own extension cord. Limited to first come, first served.
Free ¼ page ad in the program if staying at the host hotel at least one night. Must purchase ad at registration. Vendor will be reimbursed at convention based on hotel records. Larger ads available for a fee.

Assured audience - we have limited clinics to morning and evening so attendees will have plenty of free time during the day to see your products

Unable to attend?

Promote your business by donating a door prize or two. Donors will receive mention in the timetable (program) distributed to all attendees. If you would like to purchase an ad in the program, you can do that, too.
